カラオケプラン（1時間＋ドリンク4杯）：¥7,000

カラオケプラン（1時間＋飲み放題）：¥10,000

Karaoke Plan 1hr + 4 drinks:

追加料金について
当ウェブサイトからのご予約には、Bar 395のサービス料25％および消費税10％がすでに含まれております。

店頭にてご希望に応じて追加サービス・特典をご利用いただけます。これらのオプションには、サービス料25％および消費税10％が別途適用されます。		All Reservations paid through our webstie already include Bar395’s 25% service charge and Japan’s 10% sales tax.

The customer may access additional perks upon request at our store. all these perks come with a price and the will all be charged 25% service charge and 10% japan’s sales tax.
キャンセルおよび返金ポリシー / Exchanges & Returns Policy

未払いのご予約

未払いのご予約は、いつでもキャンセル可能で、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。


お支払い済みのご予約

お支払い済みのご予約は、イベント開始の24時間前までにキャンセルされた場合、全額返金いたします。
イベント開始24時間以内のキャンセルについては返金不可となり、その場合は予約料金の100％を頂戴いたします。

プラン変更・アップグレードについて

アップグレード

ご予約は、店頭にて上位プランへのアップグレードが可能です。


ダウングレード不可

ご予約のダウングレードは承っておりません。

例として、ディナー＆ショープランをご予約いただいた場合、ショーのみへの変更および差額の返金はできません。

お客様が一部サービスの利用を辞退された場合でも、予約料金の全額を頂戴いたします。
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For Reservations

Unpaid Reservations:
Unpaid reservations can be canceled at any time without penalty.

Paid Reservations:
Paid reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the event start time for a full refund. If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the event start time, the reservation is non-refundable. Bar395’s will retain 100% of the reservation fee in such cases.

Package Exchanges & Upgrades

Reservation Upgrades:
Reservations can be upgraded to a higher-tier plan upon request in our store.

No Downgrades:
We do not offer downgrades for reservations. For example, if you have booked a dinner and show package, we cannot downgrade it to a show-only reservation and issue a refund for the difference. Should the customer decide to forgo the full experience, Bar395’s retains the entire reservation fee.

オンライン予約は、通常3〜5分以内に処理されます。


ご予約・確認について
ご予約完了後、約5分以内にご登録のメールアドレスへ確認メールが送信されます。
Processing & Confirmation Times:
Online bookings are processed within approximately 3–5 minutes.


Reservation & Booking Confirmation:
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within approximately 5 minutes.

店頭でのお支払い

PayPay、WeChat Pay、Alipayなどのバーコード決済・QRコード決済はご利用いただけません。

Online Payments
We accept credit and debit cards, securely processed via Stripe.

In-Store Payments
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB).

For large reservations, bank transfer is available upon request. Please contact our finance team at: nyc@nyc-japan.com

Not Accepted
We do not accept barcode or QR code payments such as PayPay, WeChat Pay, or Alipay.

Other online payment methods such as PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and Alipay are also not supported.
